Maple Leafs' Outdoor Practice
Soccer is more my sport but for Maple Leaf fans, this sounds like a fun 3 days. Every year, the Maple Leafs participate in an "outdoor practice" at Nathan Phillips Square ice rink. From Feb 8-10, they have autograph signing, food and beverage stations and of course their 3x3 outdoor practice.
Winter Stations 2024
Since Donna and I live in the Beaches, we walk along the boardwalk all through winter. It is usually pretty quiet, just us and dog walkers. It is nice when they put the Winter Stations out at Woodbine Beach as it draws more people out to enjoy the boardwalk. Who would think that the beach is a good place to go in the winter?
