Ian is a local Victoria resident, born and raised in British Columbia.
He started in Finance in 2007 after working two co-op terms as a Wealth Associate at a brokerage firm while completing his Business degree at the University of Victoria.
He started working at National Bank Financial in 2008 with Wealth Advisor Jim Haack where the team thrived well together.
Ian loves the social aspect of this business. Understanding his clients’ financial needs as well as building lasting relationships is his favourite part of the job. He is passionate about portfolio management and enjoys staying informed on important news and geopolitics.
