About NBC

National Bank of Canada is a bank with a human touch that forms, along with its subsidiaries, one of Canada’s largest financial groups. With more than 31,000 employees, we stand out for our boldness, entrepreneurial culture, passion, and commitment to diversity.

Little details that matter

Fast forward we've been here almost two years and that's really the cherry on top of the whole experience is the culture. The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well at National Bank, and it's woven through everything with client mindset first, which is such a fit for our practice. I mean. It feels more like a collegial investment boutique than it does a large bank owned firm, right? That's true. The way that we can structure and streamline our day, everything from clients can do online booking for meetings. We've started a podcast. So another way to communicate with clients, just looking at the efficiencies and some of the compliance work that we have to do. It's been a massive time saver which has been so great for our business because the two things I love most about the business is talking to my clients and managing money. And I'm happy to say I spend most of my day doing those things now because of the efficiencies we've found within the business, which has led to growth in our business. Through that, we're growing at a much faster rate as well. We're receiving a lot more referrals than we used to and really that is the best compliment any client can pay to you and it feels fantastic. I am more excited than ever before about what the future holds with National Bank partnering with us. It's been a fantastic move and I would say definitely take a look. At National Bank. You know, you've got an entrepreneurial, collegial firm that really has the size and security that makes your clients feel safe. True. And as well, you know, I would say, you know, the main reason to do it is that you want to switch a firm's because you're trying to be happier, more engaged in the business. And I know that's true because my wife, my family tell me that I'm much happier. My husband says that to.
