Manel is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the securities industry. Since 2010, she has held several key positions at National Bank of Canada, including recruiting and integrating wealth management advisor teams, transforming operations, managing risks, and ensuring compliance. As a proactive leader, Manel supports wealth management advisors in the Montreal region in their business development, structuring high-performing teams, and integrating new talent.
Sofia Quilico is a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. After earning her CPA at McGill University, she began her career at Deloitte. Since 2014, Sofia has been with National Bank, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting wealth advisors across the Montreal region. She is dedicated to helping them overcome challenges, foster high-performing teams, and provide clients with an exceptional, industry-leading experience by equipping them with the tools, resources, and insights they need to succeed.
