As a Wealth Advisor, Brenda is committed to providing comfort and confidence when helping clients reach their financial goals. She does this by helping them manage, preserve and build their wealth during each stage of their life. With a dedicated process along with regular reviews, relationships are developed and clear pathways unique to each individual and their family ensure that clients are on a comfortable, knowledgeable path to fulfilling the plans for their future.

Brenda's top core value being continuous learning has driven her to complete many courses throughout her career while she was raising her family. Some of these courses included the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practice Handbook, Wealth Management Techniques, Canadian Insurance Course and led her to obtain the Personal Financial Planning designation and Financial Management Advisor designation. In 2012, Brenda was appointed the title of Wealth Advisor with National Bank Financial.

Her continuous learning journey then pivoted and she started mentoring with Jack Canfield, Success Coach and author of the Success Principles and Co-Creator of the Chicken soup for the Soul book series to become a certified life coach. Brenda is the first Wealth Advisor in Canada to obtain this certification. The Success Principles has helped thousands of people worldwide get from "where they are" to "where they want to be" and this training continues to help her in her Wealth Management practice today when advising her clients.

An active member in the community, Brenda’s leadership was instrumental in bringing the Thunder Bay and District Humane Society’s High Volume, Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic to the community which is now saving thousands of animals lives by offering affordable Spay and Neuter services to everyone. Currently in her spare time you can find her out on the golf course, paddle boarding on a clear lake, spending time with friends and family and most importantly loving up her adorable grandsons.

Life is full of choices, and those you make today can affect your tomorrow.

Consider the choice of selecting a Wealth Advisor, for example. Together, you'll want to explore the things that matter most to you and put your money to work so that the goals you set are within reach. Ideally, you and your Wealth Advisor will be together for the long term, so you'll want to choose someone you trust to always look out for your best interest.

I bring three key strengths to my clients:

Clarity: Simplifying complex investment options to support you in making informed decisions.

Honesty: Transparent and full disclosure about costs, risks, and returns.

Engagement: Building a personal relationship to better understand and prioritize your goals.

Before becoming a Wealth Advisor, I had a career in sales in the construction industry. I still rely on many of the same priorities that made me successful in that role – accountability, people skills, adaptability and integrity.

Outside of work, curling is my lifelong passion, and I have had the privilege of representing our country on the world stage. Today, I am still a competitive curler and serve on the Board of Directors at the Port Arthur Curling Club. I also love travel and have more recently taken an interest in landscaping.
