Along with Paul, Reg is responsible for the daily operations as well as the investment strategy for the Fairway Wealth Management Team.

Reg has over 2 decades of experience specializing in Wealth Management, and 8 years as the former Branch Manager in the London, Ontario office of National Bank Financial.

Reg is a Senior Wealth Advisor and a Portfolio Manager. Reg attended The University of Western Ontario, completing three years of financial and economic studies before graduating with an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He has continued his education by completing the requirements for the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FSCI), the Financial Management Advisor (FMA), and most recently the prestigious designation Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) which is the only wealth management designation built specifically to manage the complex financial needs of affluent clients. Reg has his Level 2 Life Insurance license and is a Personal Financial Planner (PFP) – and is fully licensed to provide investment advice in many U.S. states.

Reg is an active member of the community, involved with the London Health Sciences Foundation’s Country Classic Action, the United Way and other local charitable organizations.

In his down time, Reg spends time with his son, as well as on the golf course and listening to a diverse selection of music.

Along with Reg, Paul is responsible for the daily operations as well as the long-term strategy for the Fairway Wealth Management Team.

Paul is a Senior Wealth Advisor and a Portfolio Manager at National Bank Financial. With well over 20 years of experience, Paul spends the majority of his time with clients working towards their investment and wealth planning goals. He is strongly dedicated to fulfilling those goals for clients and views the changing financial markets as a welcome challenge.

Strongly committed to continuing his education, Paul is a Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), and a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM). Paul has lived his entire life in the London area and graduated with an Honours Economics degree from King’s College at The University of Western Ontario in 1995.

He is an active member of the community, involved with the London Community Foundation, the United Way and other local church, sports and charitable organizations. He has coached various kids hockey teams for many years and loves spending time at the rink.

Paul is married and has three teenaged children. When he has time after his family and clients, Paul enjoys hockey, golf and reading biographies. Growing up in the country, Paul also has a special interest in farming and has a small cash crop operation.

Jaden is a Wealth Advisor with nearly two decades of industry experience. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1998, Jaden worked for a year in Tokyo, Japan, as an English Language Instructor. He entered the financial services industry in 2000 and joined the National Bank Financial group in 2002. Jaden manages the operational aspects of the business for The Fairway Wealth Management Team. He also acts as the team’s head trader and is very active in managing the Fairway Baskets and JMRD Models, the latter which he created in 2016.

Zach is a Wealth Advisor & Portfolio Manager at National Bank Financial and a Partner with the Fairway Wealth Management Team with over 20 years of experience in Wealth Management. Zach graduated from Ryerson with a Bachelor of Business Management and worked as an Investment Associate with another Canadian investment firm before joining the National Bank Financial group in 2008. Zach is fully licensed in securities, funds and options. He enjoys the challenges of the investment markets and working with clients to provide them peace of mind for their financial future. Zach regularly reads many investment and financial blogs, listens to podcasts (both investment and sports related) and research. Zach has attracted a loyal client base and strives to follow an evidence-based investment approach which keys on relative strength indicators. As a part of his ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry, Zach is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) has continued his education by completing the requirements for the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FSCI).

Zach is located in our Toronto office which allows us to provide a more convenient location for our clients in and around the GTA. Zach is an avid reader, a Toronto Blue Jays, Pittsburgh Steelers, Toronto Raptors and New York Islanders fan, a crossfit enthusiast and also enjoys spending time with his family.

Adam attended Wilfrid Laurier University where he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a Concentration in Finance.

Adam has over 13 years experience specializing in wealth management. However, this is the career he has prepared for his whole life as a second generation Wealth Advisor who grew up working with his Mom and Dad in high school, university and beyond.

Adam furthered continued his financial education by completing the requirements for the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FSCI), Adam has his Level 2 Life Insurance License and he is a Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and earning the designation Financial Management Advisor (FMA) a program designed to prepare industry professionals as leaders in the complex and evolving field of wealth management. Adam is a Portfolio Manager. He is licensed in many Provinces in Canada and US States. Adam has been a volunteer with the Wallaceburg Sports Hall of Fame since his Grandfather started taking him meetings and giving him jobs at the age of 5. Adam continues to attend meetings with his Grandfather with this important local group He is a member on the Annual Award Selection Committee. Adam also volunteers as a community member on the Finance Committee for the Chatham-Kent Hospital Foundation.

Adam and his wife are the parents of a little girl. When not chasing his daughter, he enjoys playing hockey and golf, and watching the Toronto Blue Jays and Michigan Wolverines.

Born and raised in Windsor, Craig has been working with individual and institutional investors in Windsor and Essex County for over 30 years. Craig strives to ensure our team’s portfolio management excellence and commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Craig is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate of the University of Windsor where he majored in Finance and Economics. Following graduation, he seized an opportunity to train in the area of Investment Management in Toronto and was recruited by TD Bank Group to open the TD Evergreen branch in Windsor. TD Evergreen is now known as TD Wealth Private Wealth Management. Starting as the only employee, Craig grew the TD Evergreen presence to over a dozen employees and was eventually recruited by National Bank Financial (NBF).

During his time with NBF Craig has obtained the prestigious designation of Portfolio Manager. A Portfolio Manager specializes in high-level investment strategies tailored to affluent clients and has the ability to conduct discretionary portfolio management services on behalf of their clients.

Throughout Craig’s career, he has prided himself on getting to know his clients, understanding their individual circumstances, and providing them with the most important thing a Portfolio Manager can - Peace of Mind. Outside the office, more than anything Craig’s source of pride is his 2 daughters who are off pursuing their dreams.

Sue Lidbetter

Sue was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and has lived in Ottawa and Winnipeg before moving to London to attend Fanshawe College.

While living in London she started her career in the financial services industry in 1995 with CIBC as a customer service representative. She continued working with CIBC in various positions such as a financial service representative, assistant manager and branch manager over her 17-year career with the bank.

During the latter part of her time with CIBC she became a mom to 3 wonderful sons and after the third one was born, she decided to stay at home to raise her 3 children until they were all in school full time.

Sue then joined the Fairway team in 2016 part-time as the team’s event coordinator. Her love for organizing fundraising events brought her to National Bank Financial to help the team with the many client events they put on throughout the year. Sue then became a full-time member of the team and her role has evolved to the Team Manager, which includes additional duties such HR tasks, while continuing to function as the team’s event coordinator.

In her spare time Sue loves to be with her children and cheer them on in their very busy lives of hockey and baseball and other various sports. She also is an active member of the hockey and baseball boards in her town as well as her children’s school council.

Joe is a Wealth Advisor and Co-C.O.O. for the Fairway Wealth Management Team.

Joe has over 10 years of Wealth Management experience and has been in the personal finance industry since graduating from Carleton University with a B.A. Honours Degree in 2007.

In 2011, Joe’s career path took him from Ottawa to Toronto where he worked as a Customer Service Associate and then as a National Sales Associate for a discount brokerage. He moved to London in 2014, and after a brief stint as a Financial Service Representative at a local financial institution, Joe joined the team in September 2015.

Joe holds both the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), and Conduct and Practices Handbook designations. He is passionate about following the stock markets and current events and has exhibited a personal bent toward customer service and client experience throughout his career.

Joe is an active volunteer in the London community serving on the Investment Committee for the London Community Foundation and assisting with the annual United Way campaign. Joes passion for cycling and has also lead him to be a board member for the Forest city cycling Challenge in support of St Josephs Hospital foundation.

Joe and his wife, Liz, live in North London. In his free time, Joe can be found golfing and road cycling in the summer and cross country skiing all winter.

Catherine Suñga-Doucet

Catherine was born in Okinawa, Japan to Filipino parents and immigrated to Kitchener, Ontario when she was 3 years old. While living in Toronto for 20 years, she gained her initial investment experience at Desjardins Securities in 2001 before joining National Bank Financial in January of 2006. With 22 years in the financial services industry, she has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conducts and Practices (CPH) and is licensed and registered as an Investment Representative.

Catherine is a Senior Wealth Associate located at our Waterloo Office. She has a 13 year old soccer enthusiastic son named Phoenix. During her spare time she enjoys gardening with her mom, spending time with family and being a Tita to her niece and nephews. She is an avid golfer and seizes any opportunity to golf ever since her father introduced her to the sport at the age of 12.

Youssef Haidar

Youssef is a wealth associate with the Fairway Wealth Management Team supporting the team with portfolio analyses, asset allocations and financial services.

Youssef holds the Canadian Securities license and the Conduct and Practice designation. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures and values the opportunity to make positive and consequential impacts on people’s lives by helping them achieve financial stability and peace of mind. Moreover, he is driven by the satisfaction of helping clients navigate the complex world of investing and help create customized strategies that align with clients’ unique circumstances, risk tolerances and goals.

Youssef has over a decade of experience in the finance sector. Born and raised in Windsor, he studied Biological Science at the University of Windsor before making the shift from sciences to the world of finance and wealth management. His career began in 2012 with National Bank of Canada as a personal banking advisor before transitioning to an associate in wealth management in 2016.
Based in Windsor, Youssef enjoys an active lifestyle filled with traveling, sports, and hiking. Those who know him well say he is the one most likely to suggest going out for dessert.

Wesley Babbitt

Wes Babbitt is a Senior Wealth Associate with Fairway Wealth Management Team working out of the Chatham location. Wes joined the financial services industry in 2013 after attaining his degree in Applied Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. Since joining the firm, Wes has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct & Practices Handbook to become a licensed associate, and continues to pursue additional education opportunities in Wealth Management, including the PFP and CIM designations.

Wes spends his free time as an amateur writer and publisher, a novice programmer, and an unremarkable artist. He is also an avid fan of animals, classic TV sitcoms and anything that’s been barbecued.

Sarah Johnstone

Sarah is a Wealth Associate with 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. After graduating from George Brown College with an Honours Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing Management, Sarah worked in showrooms & sales of Intimate Apparel & Swimwear moving on to sales for the Ontario Lottery Corporation. She entered the financial services industry in 2002 and joined National Bank Financial in 2006.

Sarah is personable and professional and has a tenacious pursuit of client service excellence. Sarah is a licensed Associate as she holds both the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook designations, and presently working on Estates & Trust Administration course through the CSI.

Sarah has two children: Chloe who recently completed her Kinesiology degree at the University of British Columbia and is now at Western University to continue her education; and Thomas who is working for his grandfather’s business T.W. Johnstone while getting his trades tickets in natural gas pipelines.

Sarah loves fitness and has run many half marathons but now spends most of her time at the gym. She is an advocate of fashion, interior design and art. Most of all she enjoys the outdoors and hitting the trails with her energetic dog, Lola, and getting together with friends!

Matthew Aalbers

Matt is a Wealth Associate with the Fairway Wealth Management Team working out of the London office.

Graduating with a Financial Planning diploma and completing his Canadian Securities Course (CSC) at Fanshawe College, he started with National Bank of Canada in April 2013 as a Front Line Advisor. In February 2015, he moved onto National Bank Financial in London, completed his CPH and became a licensed associate.

Matt currently has his Qualified Associate Financial Planner™ (QAFP™) in Financial Planning and is working on becoming a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP™). He married his lovely wife Dayna in May of 2014, and welcomed his first daughter Layla in 2018 and his second daughter Phoebe in 2020. When he is not spending time with his wife and daughters, he loves to play soccer, run, cook, swim, go camping and spend time with friends and family.

Adam Szypula

Adam is an Investment Analyst with over a decade of experience responsible for supporting the team with portfolio analysis and construction.

Originally from Chatham, Adam’s career in finance began with the Fairway team in Chatham in December 2010. Initially working over holiday breaks during his time at Wilfrid Laurier University, his career started with answering phones, filing paperwork and other administrative tasks. Upon completion of his degree, Adam joined the team full-time in September 2013 where he was often the first point of contact for clients.

In 2016 Adam moved to Toronto to join National Bank Investments, the mutual fund/ETF sales arm of National Bank, as a Regional Associate. During this time Adam covered Vancouver, the Okanagan and later his home region of Southwestern Ontario.

Based in Toronto, Adam enjoys reading a mix of non-fiction and literature, movies, cycling and checking out the wine/craft beer lists of local restaurants with his wife.

Kara Harkins

Kara enjoys fitness, traveling, spending time on the water and has recently discovered a new interest in golf. She can often be found going for walks or runs with her 5 year old German Shepherd – Maverick.

Marlene Wilkinson

She finds satisfaction in helping people understand products and services to increase their financial literacy. Her key motivations in the industry include delighting clients with exceptional service and helping women take an active role in managing their finances for success.  As a Wealth Associate at NBF, she supports the team with efficient processes for the administration of client portfolios to ensure that the service level exceeds clients expectations.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and friends, gardening, and traveling.

Leonora Semedini

Leonora is an Associate with 10+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.  She is the primary Associate for the Toronto office of the Fairway Wealth Management Team.

Leonora was born in Former Yugoslavia and grew up in St. Thomas, Ontario. Currently she resides in the Greater Toronto Area.  Leonora has been working in the Financial Services Industry since 2003, with a short break between 2007 -2013 to be at home with her kids.  She started back into the working world in October 2013.  

Leonora began her career working in Retail Banking and just recently made the transition into Wealth Management when she joined the Team in March of 2021.

Leonora enjoys traveling, shopping, being outdoors and spending quality time with her husband and two kids.

Morgan McCann

Morgan recently joined National Bank Financial in 2021 as an Associate. She attended Laurentian University where she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, Sports Administration, with an Option in Operations Management. Previously, Morgan spent two summers with Fairway as a Summer Student.

Morgan enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, and playing hockey in the winter. In the summer she spends her time playing baseball, golf, and hanging out by the pool. On top of this, Morgan enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as her yellow lab, Joey.

Ashlyn joined the Fairway Wealth team in 2022 as an Associate in the London office. She attended Brock University and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Honours, where she specialized in finance. Ashlyn is pursuing her Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) to become a licensed Wealth Associate. Originally from St. Mary’s, Ashlyn previously spent her summers away from University working in corporate finance and the food service industry.

Outside of the office, Ashlyn is a dedicated reader and enjoys golfing, camping and being outdoors. She can often be found in the gym or out on a run. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Ashlyn is an avid foodie and loves trying new restaurants.

Josie Lo Mascolo

Josie graduated from the University of Windsor, where she earned an undergraduate degree in Honours Business Administration with a Finance specialization and a minor in Economics. As a Wealth Associate, she is dedicated to making each clients experience as positive as possible. She is eager to assist the team with their daily operations to ensure that all needs are being met.

Outside of her work at National Bank, Josie provides care to individuals with Autism as a personal support worker. In her spare time, Josie loves cooking, baking, working out, and spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and traveling. As an avid foodie, Josie’s favourite place to travel to is Manhattan, New York.

Amy Dao

Amy Dao is an associate with Fairway Wealth Management Team, Chatham location. She joined the financial industry in 2021 after earning a bachelor’s degree at the University of Windsor. She is pursuing her licensing with Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct & Practices Handbook to become a fully licensed associate.

She enjoys winter sports such as snowboarding, listening to true crime, lifting heavy weights in the gym and training her dog, Miso. She’s an avid foodie while traveling and deep diving into interesting stories, culture, art and history around the world.
