Throughout the year, we place great importance on supporting causes and organizations that are close to our hearts, as well as those of many of our clients and friends.
This year, instead of making only financial donations, we wanted to get more actively involved in our community by offering our time.

Since July 2024, we have launched an initiative to volunteer for half a day each month, 2 or 3 team members at a time, at the Saint-Michael’s Mission, which is located a few minutes' walk from our office at Place Ville-Marie. This organization helps people experiencing homelessness by providing meals, hygiene services, and clothing, as well as a place to rest during the day.
Psychosocial professionals are also on site to support them in their reintegration process by assisting with bureaucratic accompaniment, job searches, access to temporary housing, and conflict resolution, as well as providing support for those experiencing psychological distress.

The organization assigns us various tasks based on their needs. For example, during our visits this year, we have helped prepare meals in their kitchen, unpack and sort food and used clothing, clean and organize their warehouse, build storage furniture, and participate in meal service.
